Stress management is provided on a one to one basis, using both stress management coaching and counselling skills to help clients achieve more balance in their lives and to better handle unavoidable pressures and problems.
Counselling
Regardless of whatever brings a person to counselling, it can be a powerful and healing experience. Person Centred counselling places great importance on the special relationship of empathy, trust and respect that develops betwenn client and counsellor, thus enabling therapy to be effective.
It is often a unique experience, frequently described by clients as being "the first time they have felt truely heard and understood, whilst not feeling judged, diagnosed or advised".
It is within this environment that individuals begin to learn more about themselves, and insight, change and healing takes place.
